Superintendent of Schools Dr. Sharon A. Dungee has created a Superintendent's Student Council Panel for students in all schools, district-wide to share feedback on their thoughts, ideas, and concerns about their schools and educational careers. "It is imperative that we, as a community, open up meaningful dialogue and hear our students' voices and what they have to say about their educational environment and experiences," Dr. Dungee said. "Students of all ages must be made to understand that they are valued members of society, and that they are free to share their thoughts, ideas and concerns openly with trusting adults. I want our children-our future, to know that they are appreciated and respected, and that it is so important to treat others with kindness, respect and dignity."
